Book Club Resources

Is your book club reading Damaged Like Me, Fat, Pretty, and Soon to Be Old or The Daddies?
Invite Kimberly to join you for a chat!
Kimberly's writing is all about starting dialogue and having important discussions about tough issues—appearance privilege, everyday and structural challenges—and how the intersections of our identities influence us. Most importantly, she wants to remind you that we are social creators—literally creating the world, even as it creates us. Kimberly is offering FREE virtual 30-minute Q&A Sessions to any book club that is currently reading, or soon to discuss, Fat, Pretty, and Soon to Be Old or The Daddies.

To schedule a Q&A Session with Kimberly, please send us an email with the following information:
  • Your book club's name and/or theme (if you have one) and how many attend
  • Your book club's city, state and time zone
  • Which book you're reading
  • Your preferred platform (Skype, Zoom, FaceTime or phone)
  • Your preferred date and time, and an alternate

If a virtual visit doesn't work, on this page you'll find discussion guides and other (fun) resources to accompany your book club's reading of Kimberly's writing.

You can also always check Kimberly's calendar for your next opportunity to see Kimberly in person, or reach out to bring her to your local bookstore, library, or community space.
